Fun to do a drone shot and see what you come up with. I heard on a podcast the other day " experimentation without expertise reaks of amateurism; expertise without experimentation is static and boring. |

Nice colors and I like the crab apple and the towers. You might go back and cut down the tree on the left. I see that you were trying to create a frame around the towers but the image looks "busy" to me |

I really love the changes in hue and the diagonals. I think that the foreground grass and snow are a little bright to my eye and I might try to tone it down to see how it looks. To me, this is a scene without a subject. Having a scene for photos can be good and often look good hanging on a wall so as to support the decor and this would be one of those. If you wanted to develop a subject, you might be able to isolate the bush just to the left of center with the seed pods that look to be an inch across. It would be a tough selection but by burning the rest of weeds around it and dodging the bush, you might be able to suggest a subject. It still is a very nice scene |

Talk about an anachronism! I agree with Paul about the sky, the brightness takes away from the subject. I can see two other interpretations of the scene. With one, I would crop out the smaller boat on the right and just make it about two elements. Then I would try to darken everything and have the church brighter up on the hill. Neither of these would be better, just different. |
