Hi Elizabeth,
Here is one idea to help you accomplish what you wish assuming that I understood that you were interested in the hulls of the boats and their reflections and minimizing the clutter of the rigging. Things that attract your eye are "light and bright", saturation, selective focus, writing, and faces. Therefore, in this image, I burned the area around the three center boats, and then selectively increased the sharpness around the three boats which also helps the writing on the hulls. hope that this gives you some ideas |

Good Morning Paul, The sky is great as well as the morning fog. Anytime that you have groups of three, it seems to work so I think that the composition is good. To me, the subject is the jumps and they look muddy or underexposed. It would be nice if you could select them or at least the first two and bring up the exposure a little |

Hi Bob,
The image seems to be sharp and the complementary colors are really nice. I think that this might be very good as a pano removing the top third of the image for the following reasons. I think that there is nothing of interest in the sky of the upper right, the pano would balance the image nicely by making the higher mountains on the right balance out the larger water on the left and the triangle of the water to the right, pointing at the mountain becomes more apparent. Very pretty image |

Good Morning Bob. Great image of the valley fog and I love the golden colors of the grasses. I would like to see the darks on the right lightened up a bit. I would also like to see the camera pointed down more to pick up the plow and remove a lot of the sky above the fog. The large area of blue sky on the left does not add anything in my opinion. |
