Barbara, such a beautiful antique tricycle. I like how the curve takes you into the front with the handle bars. I also like how you made sure the frame of the tricycle is parallel to the frame of the door. Yes, I think the Silver Effex Vintage treatment would take the viewer even more into the yesteryears. Great find! |

These summa cum laude graduates were on their way to see the world. The location is well thought out and the tossing of the tassels adds to the motion. Power lines could be easily removed but I bet it doesn't bother the graduates. Great job! |

Interesting photo. My eye first sees your green eye and is intrigued. I would even consider cropping it out and making the bottom part an abstract also. |

A very challenging image to take because of the high contrasts. I like that your diagonal angle and your thoughts of the blue making a good contrast. I would consider coming closer where the blooms take most of the frame. |

In my opinion, everything about this image is perfect -- impact because of those large eyes, simplicity, sharpness, and texture. Great image. |

I like the new sky and the angle you used to photograph the sign. It is a good travel photo. |

You achieved the sharpness you were looking for. It is very sharp. It appears almost like a cut out picture of the flower. I like the way the flower takes most of the frame and the way the green leaf leads the eye to the flower. In my opinion, the green background does not enhance the flower. |

I agree this looks more like a painting, not a photograph. I guess that is why I like it best. There is chaos but it is a colorful one. I always learn from your postprocessing. I think it works. Have you thought of dabbing some yellow paint on the tap so it would stand out more? |

I like the concentric lines broken up by the round objects. Even though I don't know what it was when I first saw it, the image feels modern and fits in the 21st century. The concentric lines and round objects on top and under are interesting. I find the small particles or grain a little distracting. My mind tells me that in this shiny and modern world, the specks do not fit in. |

I love the lines of the Calla Lilies. I like that you changed the lighter background to a dark one. It makes the flower stand out more. It appears to me that one section of the background is black and the other one is dark blue. Was that your intention? To my eyes, it is a little distracting to have the background split into two colors. |

I like your black background and the lines and texture created by the green ball of twine. I am wondering why the string at the bottom of the spool is grayish. Is it the light or did you select the ball and place it on a black layer? Or is the f/32 producing the diffraction you hear so much about, but one I have never seen personally? |
