Quite a remarkable scene you've portrayed in IR. How I wish I was there to record it myself!
Composition wise, its great and I should add a bit more contrast as Jack has suggested. It would certainly create drama.

I like the way you have composed the picture, and I'd stay with that. To me people are less important in this shot. Its the overall effect that counts ... which you've done so well.

A great IR scene which is well composed and processed. Both versions are fine, but I tend to lean towards the monochrome.
I took the image in PS and tried to get a hint detail in the face. Image attached to see wh at you think!		 May 1st

Simple and effective, which I like very much. And yes, I should consider removing the striped object as Emil has suggested. Nonetheless, a great picture.		 May 1st

Your composition is great and so is the processing. Although the lamp has a rightful place in the composition, I've a mixed feeling as to whether or not it should have been included!
