Further to my comments, I also endorse Henry's suggestion on getting it printed on a textured paper or canvas. |

Thanks Emil and Henry for your comments. They are greatly appreciated. And Emil, I do like your idea of the tight crop. |

Hi Henry
I'm always on the lookout for photographing lighthouses, which happens to be my weakness! You've come up with something special here. The composition speaks for itself as do the other elements relevant to the image. Top marks! |

Hi Emil
The others had said it and I applaud your workmanship in giving us a delightful image to enjoy. In a couple of words "Just Terrific"!! |

Hi Charles
This is a 'UNIQUE' image Aik puts it! Everything has been well handled and composed. I like the scene as it is depicted, because of its IR quality. Sorry to differ a bit in regard to adding the pink!! |

Hi Jack,
I love the scene you've created with the lily ponds. The muted reflections are a bonus ... and so is your composition. That said, I felt that the lily pads needed some detail brought in, as well as the background darkened.
Am attaching my version to see what you think! |

Hi Melasnie,
I like the image immensely, the way you have composed and processed. The lead in line is a fine touch. Everthing is going for the image, and I wouldn't change thing!
Re: Gary's image, I also like his version, but leave the final choice with you! |

Hi Gary
A story telling image that has been well composed and processed. I was doubled minded about the muted color, but Melanie has confirmed my thinking. Additionally, that lone cloud does add to the drama. Well done! |

Good point, Melanie. And thanks for your observation. Would certainly consider less saturation when visiting the image next. |

Hi Arik and Gary
Thanks for your valued comments. Arik, it was a costly exercise as I ended up paying the model for extra food!!! |

Echo Gary's comments, Arik. Brilliantly executed by way of combining the textured layer with the original. And yes, the inclusion of the human element made the image. High marks for creativity. Food for thought!! |
