Hi Emil
A rare find in my book! We don't get to see such beauties in Australia.
You've done extremely well by way of post-processing, and I love the way you've come up with the end result. Composition spot on. In a couple of words 'JUST TERRIFIC'. |

Hi Henry
The image has lovely graphic qualities, and your viewpoint + post processing just great. I like the shadows running across which makes the image even more interesting. Glad you got rid of the busy background. Like it lots! |

Thanks Jack. Noted your observation as well. Being very subjective, it would be nice to see what the others think!! |

Hi Charles
I like your approach and execution of the subject matter. The soft tones, coupled with the composition suits the image. Usage of antique filter was a fine touch. All in all a well rendered image. Like it! |

Hi Gary
Your experimentation of this difficult subject has paid off, and I love the way you have brought out those delicate tones using different methods at our disposal. Circular composition just great, as is mood and drama. Can't add any more other than to say 'Very well done and rendered'!! |

Hi Jack
Considering all the pros and cons, it's not an easy subject to compose and photograph ... but you did well.
In my humble opinion, I'd be tempted to remove the bits in the foreground ... which I did. I've also increased the contrast (within reason!), in keeping with the mood that you'd like to portray. Edited version attached to see what you think! |

Hi Arik
Something different from you this month which fits in well with the IR treatment. Love the dog following its master! Overall scene and post-processing carefully handled. Well done! |

"WOW"! What a beauty, Melanie. I like the way you've portrayed the formation of the threatening clouds. Including the row of grasses in the foreground also helps. My minor observation, if agreeable, would be extend the top section by about 3/4 of an inch so as to avoid the dividing line falling in the center! What do you think? |
