Your subject matter is nicely composed with a mass of clouds. I think it needs a bit more punch as Jack says. In my book however, I'd either go for the cloud formation or the reflections. With this in mind I took the picture to Photoshop and played with the whole scene as you have presented. The edited version is attached to see what you think! 		Jul 6th

A great subject in IR ... one of my favorites too! Low angle does help to give it the boldness, but I feel I have to agree with Jack in terms of lower section of the trunk being blurred. Wonder if you can re-shoot the tree with the converted IR camera to gain more depth-of-field! 		Jul 6th

I like the general scene as you've portrayed. Compositionally quite strong. I thought I'd play with the image to see if I could bring out more details in the highlight areas

A great capture of your granddaughter with slight movement. Positioning of her head against the lower cloud also helps. Tree lines, etc., pointing towards Taylor carefully considered. The play of clouds help completing the picture. Well done! 		Jul 6th
