Hi Emil
Firstly, thanks for that detailed explanation on post processing.
Secondly its an amazing subject for IR and the way you approached and handled every aspect of the image by way of fore, middle and background.
I've looked at the image several times and can only compliment you on your efforts.
And finally, the rules of composition are meant to be broken at times, and you have done so in this example!! |

Terrific subject for photography, particularly in IR. Composition spot on.
Regarding the sky, I tend to agree with Gary as there's more to be brought out. Worth pursuing I think!! |

Hi Ernie
You have an eye for composition which I like. Also the texture in driftwood and sand. My only worry is that the overall effect is a little dark. With this in mind I took the image in PS and played around with Shadow/Highlight sliders. See what you think! |

Thanks Emil, for your comments. Will definitely try and darken the edges to the folio a little as you've suggested.
Isn't it wonderful to have differing opinions from the group so as to make further improvements!! |

Hi Gary
A striking image in every respect - by way of composition, clouds, hills, etc. How lucky to get those horses in a row along with little separation! Love the overall effect. Well done. |
