You are right, I do love my B&W but sometimes colour is the way to go! |

Thanks Isaac, the cropped version with the straightening definitely looks better. |

I do prefer Gloria's crop, it really brings the group of three together. Good timing capturing them at just the right moment and it works so well in B&W |

Great street scene. I love the fact these guys are playing chess in such an unusual place.I do like your B&W version Gloria, it really adds a gritty quality |

This image invokes the feeling of majesty you get when you are inside a cathedral. Your eyes automatically look up to the top of the buildings and then back down to the woman making her seem so small in comparison. I couldn't help but notice the bikes in the background which add a more subtle human element as well. |

I love the fact this is in black and white as these raw human images work so well without the distraction of colour. With the tree and bags behind him like a wall and fire in front of him he has managed to create "room" for private inward reflection although he is in a very public place. A beautiful intimate image. |

This reminds me of the movie Inception where everything is not quite what it seems but more of dream. I can see how the reflection in the mirror would catch your eye. Its like taking a picture of a picture. I love the pink and grey colours of the buildings. Is that the sea in the bottom of the image ? |
