58 Feb 17 Reply You are right, I do love my B&W but sometimes colour is the way to go! Feb 18th
58 Feb 17 Reply Thanks Isaac, the cropped version with the straightening definitely looks better. Feb 18th
58 Feb 17 Comment I do prefer Gloria's crop, it really brings the group of three together. Good timing capturing them at just the right moment and it works so well in B&W Feb 14th
58 Feb 17 Comment Great street scene. I love the fact these guys are playing chess in such an unusual place.I do like your B&W version Gloria, it really adds a gritty quality Feb 14th
58 Feb 17 Comment This image invokes the feeling of majesty you get when you are inside a cathedral. Your eyes automatically look up to the top of the buildings and then back down to the woman making her seem so small in comparison. I couldn't help but notice the bikes in the background which add a more subtle human element as well. Feb 11th
58 Feb 17 Comment I love the fact this is in black and white as these raw human images work so well without the distraction of colour. With the tree and bags behind him like a wall and fire in front of him he has managed to create "room" for private inward reflection although he is in a very public place. A beautiful intimate image. 58 Feb 17 Comment This reminds me of the movie Inception where everything is not quite what it seems but more of dream. I can see how the reflection in the mirror would catch your eye. Its like taking a picture of a picture. I love the pink and grey colours of the buildings. Is that the sea in the bottom of the image ? Feb 8th
