Lovely. Thanks for posting. Must be quite a treat in person. I'll remember about the time-lapse video if I can get them growing here. |

I think Bud said it all. Good cropping, not overly sharpened, great color and texture in the feathers. A moving image of a juvenile. |

Wonderful capture, but not a sport for me. You were wise to move from ISO 400 to 200. You were able to get enough light to edit it to brightness and not lose the sharpness. Good that you cropped off some of the bottom, and put the person at the right â…“ line. |

Yes, the edited image is from a few seconds later than the original in which the tail and the reflection are not nearly as sharp. Your edited image is a lovely capture, with a great reflection of the wolf and its surroundings. I like your placement of the wolf with its face at the left â…“ line. In my opinion, there is plenty of space in front of the animal for moving forward. It looks like it's crawling along, not like it's ready to leap. |

Old, but still beautiful flower, and beautifully processed. Amazing that it opens at night. Very convenient for getting a black background. I'm going to put some in my yard and hope they bloom. South Florida is good for them in indirect light. Thank you for introducing me to this plant.
The cactus leaf shows the environment of the flower and adds to the photo, unless you are entering it in a competition, in which case I would remove the leaf and let the flower stand alone.

Beautifully composed image of cottages with motorboats reflected in the water. Hardly needed any editing. The background is not distracting and provides lovely color around the reflected cottages in the water.
My only (minor) suggestion would be to quiet down the luminosity of the over-bright grass in the upper right. It's too bright next to the more subtle greens around it. |
