38 Dec 24 Reply Gariele I am still not a fan of over saturating photos. Your version is so far away from what was actually in front of me. I did send the wrong photo. My other photo was not as tight and showed more shoreline. But, thank you for taking the time to edit it your way to show me a choice. Dec 27th

38 Dec 24 Comment Art I love your snowflake in white a bit more than I do in blue, I guess just because it's a "snowflake". I played with your original a bit but I can't do any better than what you have already done. Great work again.

38 Dec 24 Comment Sylvia, I really do feel the cold from your capture. Snow was flying, I am sure the wind was blowing. Glad I'm in Florida. I do like the colder colors in your original but then I can hardly see the snow that's flying, so I can't make up my mind what to do here. Ok so, I just played a little with highlights and contrast which now showed even more snow flying in front of the homes. Nice beginning of winter shot for sure. Dec 27th
38 Dec 24 Comment Now this is certainly a "decisive moment" shot. Perfect timing Kurtis and Henri Cartier-Bresson would be proud. Your shutter speed isn't all that high but I guess it's your ISO that took care of stopping the motion right? Was it on Auto? Art did a nice job getting rid of the background making it even more impressive. Love the sepia and the title. Well done. Dec 27th
