Kurtis I was referring to your photo and Arts version.
I will take your advise on trusting my eye and hope for more and more "likes", and also keep my mind open for change.
Thank Kurtis. |

Thank you Art. I like the panorama version and your contrast works very well. For some reason I can't duplicate what you did to get the same colors. I think you have that special touch. |

Kurtis, I love this spot in the Tetons. "My shot" has a little less snow on the mountains and a few more horses in the field. Your colors are perfect for me. That's exactly how I remember it. But lately I am noticing much more saturated photos in general. I am still trying to decide if I like it or not. It almost looks too fake to me. I would like to hear your opinion after seeing the two?

"Dream-like atmosphere" is a perfect description Kurtis. It almost looks like a mermaid coming from the water, but then again they can't walk, right? LOL. Love the intense colors. Great job of course. |

Nice capture Gabriele. Lucky you to even see a leopard in the wild. I have to agree with having more space in this case adds a bit to the story. |

It took me awhile to figure out what was happening here. You did a great job capturing the "steal" which shows just how fast this all happened. I love the shot and the action and of course the detail of our beautiful eagle. Great job! |

Adrian I have to agree with Cindy's crop showing more of the flowers, the entire reason the hummingbird is even there in the first place. Well done capturing this little speed demon and well done editing the hummer so that we can see lots of detail. Nice!

Jerry you did a great job editing for sure. Really nice save. My only thought would be to keep the wing of the chick on the left and more the original size. This always freaks me out seeing how many chicks can get their beaks down the parents throat at the same time. Good job!

Oh my gosh! What a beautiful experience Steve and thank you for sharing it with us. I love that you have been taking the time to place boxes over several years and now you found a good spot for another box this year. Perfect timing that you captured the male feeding the female and I certainly can't wait to see some of the fledglings taking their first jump.
I would be bumped up too. A very tender moment indeed. While they are away maybe stain the box a little darker. I think onions soaked in water for a few days would give you the perfect color to tone it down. WELL DONE STEVE! |

Nice capture Cindy. Your timing of the lighting is really perfect and in bloom too, nice. Looks like she actually took time to pose for you. I agree with Jerry. I like the horizontal better showing just enough of the cactus and flowers. Could that be a beetle with green eyes in her mouth?
You also did a great job sharpening the bird and I think that is more important.
