Thank you Art. I didn't think of exposing for the whites. That makes sense but I think I like what Kurtis did a bit more. |

Kudos again Art. Great subject and really great camera movement. Or was the movement done on the computer after the fact?? Beautiful either way. |

Sylvia I love your turquoise water and your version of the splash but I just love playing with water. I just made it bigger. And you certainly have me with your design for sure. LOL |

Your "Angel Arriving" surely is just that. I love these doves. Way too many people don't even take a second look but when in flight is when their magic happens. Beautiful and well timed photo Kurtis. |

Regine, I really like how you saw this photo and the darker blue that Art created just made it stranger. It made me look deeper for more meaning into the ripples. And that's when I saw the "abstract fish" that Art sees. But I think it needs to be horizontal to clearly show it's eye . . . Well done Regine.

Perfect title Gabriele. I think Art did a great job adjusting the whites and I only wish the little ones were facing you. Nice capture. |

Sunandan I find it so funny that you might we walking around, in the snow no less, with this little trinket in your pocket. Of course it's very clever of you to place him in the snow. My only thought... I would have liked to see his shadow with him in the snow. |

Cindy, I never would have known that my camera wasn't level. It's easy for me to get my horizon levels correct but never thought it would also apply to a running bird in the water. Thank you again for pointing this out to me. |

Cindy, I have another question if you don't mind. Did I mess up taking the photo on an angle and is that what caused the reflection not lining up with the bird? I can't figure out how else I could have caused that to happen. |

Wow Adrian! I can't believe you got so much detail out of your original photo. It would have been in my delete pile in a second and yet you were able to save it. Well done editing and of course your split second shot. |

Way to go Steve. Congratulations on your chosen photo for this months DD Study Group Showcase. What a thought provoking photo. I'm sitting here wondering what could be on his mind as well as almost feeling the moisture on my face from the fog as if I was there also. Well done Steve. |

Oh Bluebird month, I didn't know. Great photo Steve. Is this also a Western Bluebird, maybe you have a female and Bruce has a male??? Nice soft colors Steve and all the way sharp on her interesting post. Well done!

This time of year Cattle Egret take on a totally different look with those orange feathers. Anything to attract a mate, right? Good capture and you did a nice job cleaning up the background Jerry.

Looks like this little bluebird just picked up the grasshopper to show you, "look what I got". Great composition Bruce. Love the colors and the soft background. The sharp detailed feathers are perfect. And, very nice to hear the local Audubon Groups doing what they do. |

WOW Cindy, what a beautiful image. She landed so perfectly on your perch and of course the golden light added the finishing touch. Tack sharp from the tip of her wing to the end of her tail. Perfect! I do like Bruce's touch also. A winning photo for sure.
Cindy is the enhancement made by Bruce acceptable in a PSA contest? How much is allowed to be enhanced in competition, if you don't mind me asking? |

Cindy I never would have seen that until you pointed it out. Actually, I never would have even looked at that angle until you pointed it out. Thank you for your comments and your advise. Much appreciated. |
