38 Feb 24 Comment Thank you Regine for your very nice comments. I also love what Art created. Feb 25th
38 Feb 24 Comment Hi Gabriele, congratulations on being chosen for Digital Dialogue this month. What a great photo you chose. There is much to study in this photo that it's hard to stop looking at it. I love that the women's eyes are looking right at you. I am guessing they will remove their masks when the food arrives? Very nicely done. Feb 19th
38 Feb 24 Reply Yes, defiantly! It's another "me too" cause Art did such a beautiful job. Thank you for your compliments Sylvia, sometimes I get it right, well almost. Feb 19th
38 Feb 24 Comment Kurtis I never thought of doing high key in the computer. You did a good job but I have to agree with Art, that you lightened it a little too much. I do like the blue tones Art added around the egret. Good thinking not to just delete.

38 Feb 24 Comment I can't add any more comments about the butt shot except great capture Regine. The detail in the feathers and the droplets is so well done. I didn't think of dust spots, I thought it was mud droplets from the feet. You did a great job seeing what this could be as you took the shot and then created it to be a great shot. Feb 19th
38 Feb 24 Comment Well another winner Art! It is sure more complicated to create than just quickly moving the camera up or down looking at trees. I love the golden mane and if it weren't for the cowboy hat I am not sure I would have figured out what was happening here. Creating this, is it more than one shot? Is it lots of work in the post processing? I would come to a class if you were to give one just to see how it's done.
However you were able to blur more of the crowd after the photo was taken was a great idea. The golden mane is perfect, it brought more focus to the horse and rider. And how did you get rid of the "clown"? TERRIFIC!!

38 Feb 24 Comment Nice capture Sylvia. This reminds me when I was watching the fishing boats returning off Jekyll Island. I do love the colors in your photo but because of it being the "moon" I feel that Art's colors might be better, it just looks more like evening. Feb 15th
38 Feb 24 Comment What a great photo Gabriele. Love is in the air. It's a bit too bright for me also. Nicely done.

38 Feb 24 Reply Thank you Kurtis. I agree with Art's touch for sure and now your "me too". Feb 15th
38 Feb 24 Reply Okay Art. NOW I can print it. Perfectly corrected. Thank you!

91 Feb 24 Reply Bruce thank you for replying. I learn so much from all the replies and it makes for a much more interesting month. I make a point to always come back.
For instance ... I never knew that other birds of prey harass owls. That most likely continues down the chain. I will have to be the one to ask, what owl is this?

91 Feb 24 Reply I am sure you are right Adrian about all the variables during take off. It was a good choice not to hang around. Thank you for your comments.

91 Feb 24 Reply Thank you Jerry. I did try it without the tree and I think you are right.

91 Feb 24 Comment Steve the colors are so great together and make a nice frame for your surprise visitor. I would like to see a little more wiggle room on the right around the tail. Good luck in the exhibit. Feb 19th
91 Feb 24 Comment Nice capture Adrian. Costa Rica for birds is on my bucket list. You did an amazing job editing this photo with the busy background. Love the purple flowers and the square crop too. You ended with a great picture for any wall. Feb 19th
91 Feb 24 Comment I love that you didn't overlook photographing this bird and showing us. You did a great job editing and bringing life to this photo. Love the yellow flowers. Nicely done Cindy. Feb 19th
91 Feb 24 Comment 'Beautifully captured hunting owl' could be the title. The head turned made me look twice to see what was going on. Perfect color and sharpness. Very well done.

91 Feb 24 Comment A great capture of my favorite birds. I love the action you caught on what looks like a very windy day. Beautiful color and crop. Well done Jerry.
