Thanks Art. You are always trying something new and pushing each idea to the max. My club is having and art show in a few months and for the life of me I can't think of a "new" way to show a few photos. I guess I have lost all of my creativity over the years. You on the other hand push it in every direction. |

Wow! The colors are what draws me into this shot of course. It took awhile before I figured everything out Art. But that's what you like to do with my mind. But then even Regine's version is extremely good. Is the IR filter a filter you put onto the lens or is it a filter that is added in the editing process? Very well done again. |

A very powerful image Regine. I can almost feel the water rushing by. And the sharp edges of the rocks add something special. Of course this has to be in B&W. Art was able to add a bit more "edges" to this already beautiful photo. Well done. |

Another fun ICM shot Gabriele. I really like Regine's approach with the twist and the B&W. |

Kurtis you did a great job capturing these extremely fast jets. And Art's version is incredible with the red smoke that you can barely see in your original photo. We have a few air shows yearly here in Florida that I might have to go and see. Well done. |

Thank you Cindy. I do have more vegetation on top and looking at it again I certainly agree.

Jerry it took me a long time to figure out just what was going on here. Its a good thing you have one pigeons face in the image. For me, I would like to see your version not so dark almost getting rid of the "white" pigeons all together. But I am not sure that was what you wanted anyway. |

A perfectly timed capture Cindy. The colors are perfect as well as the sharpness. So I would believe that your live-view technique did very well. What makes you think it was not successful? The concept of sit down and watch is something I have to do more often. Very well done Cindy. |

Nice photo Steve. I love the surprises we sometimes capture. The flyby blackbird is perfectly blurred in the background of your main sharp subject. Cindy's crop and extra editing works real well. |

That had to be great Bruce. I am hearing right now its a bit slow but I have a trip planned for Feb. We had a storm two months ago that the winds caused flamingos to show up in that area for the first time ever. Thanks for your info. |

Great capture Adrian and you had beautiful lighting to make that red head really pop. Its a much darker version than our pileated woodpeckers in the US. Your chase paid off nicely.

Wow, my favorite bird Bruce, and you nailed it. Gorgeous feather definition and the color is outstanding. I don't believe I have ever seen a Reddish Egret so red before. Her turned head and the one leg pose is perfect too, as if she doesn't even care that you are right there taking her photo. Well done.
Would you share with me what month is best to be there? |
