Art your photo brought me back for another look. I am curious to know if the three boats where there all piled up on the shore or did you create extra boats? And then were you moving the camera around or letting the bus do all the moving around? |

Art, darkening the background makes a big difference. And the flip looks good too. But I think the more water drops, the better and more fun. Thank you.

A great job catching this shot from a moving bus Art. I love what you did by taking away much of the color. It seems to add to the mystery of the abandonment.
Nicely done Art.

Look at you for even trying HIGH KEY. Its a good job too.
Then looking at your photo I was thinking what could I try to do to help it a little. And then I saw Arts version and BOOM!!!
It's perfect. Good job Sylvia. |

What a beautiful stork. I have never seen one with these colors before. Your title "with friends" kept me looking and looking but I am still not seeing more than one friend not more. Is there really more?
Kurtis looking at your photo on my computer it has a shadow or haze around the entire subject and the entire tree. I don't know what is causing that. I do love what Art did. The colors are so sharp and no haze or shadows and much more believable colors.

Very interesting photo and I love the colors. I would love to see a photo of just where you are standing to take this shot.
I played with it just a bit by straightened it, added a little more color and sharpened it a bit too.
A lovely looking city.

Thank you Jerry for you comments. That would be so nice to see more and more of them but lets be selfish and keep them down here in Florida. I was lucky and caught a few in flight as well. It was a great trip. I will take a look to see how I can fix the dark filter effect.
I thought adding contrast would darken the photo. I must have that backwards?
Thanks.

Holy cow, how did I miss that big, huge, white spot? Thank you Cindy for your comments.
I certainly will be challenging myself from now on making sure my photos are clean. LOL

Hi Jerry,
What a pretty bird. Of course the Red, White and Black is a real eye catcher. I am guessing this bird is from somewhere other than Florida? Do you know a name?
Your finished photo is very nice. I am sure it might just be me but I would prefer the softer version of the original and a real eye. I think just adding more room to the front of the bird would have been a better choice. |

Hello Cindy,
Yup, my favorite bird also. But why not? Look how cute they are with the
y tail feathers and of course the golden slippers are so great.
I love your shot. Looks to me like you completely nailed it and did a great job with the new composition.
I will have to touch base with you when I am out there visiting my daughter in Phoenix.
PS: I am trying to say "with the y tail feathers" but when I send this message it changes to "with the y tail feathers" Another crazy computer hiccup.

Adrian you were lucky to be ready for a fly-by of this beautiful osprey. I love the angle showing off his feathers down his back but it is a little blurry.
I have two questions... Are you shooting in Jpeg? And, why is your original fly so small at 13.3 KB? |

Sanat this photo is a great attempt at capturing India's magnificent eagles. Not sure what is happening with the foreground and background with all the XXX's so I can't help there. And the bluish color is another mystery to me but the composition I think is very nicely done. I think the others comments might be more help for you. Looking forward to seeing more of your photos.

What a beautiful image Bruce. This is so well done. The blurred background, perfect, the composition just a little to the left, perfect, and the edited colors make this a real stand out photo. As I said, well done. |
