Kurtis, what you did here is fantastic. I love it. Blown up really large speaks volumes to me. You added so much more depth that I didn't even see. Would you, could you send me something I could print your version from keeping all your special touches? I think you have my email?
But, do you really see little Easter eggs somewhere in my photo or am I misunderstanding what you said??? |

Thank you Sunandan for taking the time to comment on my photo. I will ask you the same question as I just asked Gabriele. If I used a polarizing filter wouldn't my photo just be a bike in the window?

Gabriele, thank you for your comments. I actually like all the reflections in the window. The graffiti in the upper corner, obviously on the building across the street, the colorful awnings, the tree and the man, all from behind me reflecting on the window. If I used a polarizing filter wouldn't it just be a bike in the window?

Sylvia, your original photo is beautiful, a great family portrait. I do think the more pleasing way is Kurtis' editing. Although it is really soft I still like the crop, the branches and the color. Nice job capturing the Great Blue Herons in their nest Sylvia.

Kurtis what an incredible job shooting this image and editing it too. You really thought this shot through before hitting the button. Including the people totally made the shot. I was a little kid the last time I was there, long, long ago.
Arts version kept the vastness of the cave yet brought the tiny people more to my attention. WELL DONE Kurtis.

Art you nailed this high-key photo perfectly. Love your subject and your title made me laugh. The colors of their feathers your brought out are great, maybe a tad to brownish. I wish I was standing right next to you learning from you. Great job!

Regina, sorry to hear about your broken arm. Hope it heals quickly. Love your photo. I am thinking you didn't need to move your camera too much at all with all the waves going on around you, tossing you from side to side. The dark incoming clouds, which I like, are clearly showing a storm on the way. What you added with a little ICM put a nice softness to the rough seas. Arts flip is just more pleasing to my eye. Well done.

Gabriele, I am glad I have been traveling most of this month to come back and find a great story about your photo. I love your image. I love the colors and brightness and the craziness too. I do agree with Sylvia's thoughts about directing the eye. I was thinking it might be a scarf, so I went online to see more of Hermes Silk Scarves. And yes, they are vibrant and bold with so much interest. And then seeing your original just really surprised me. I now see the hat and scarf most likely being the stars of the show in their window. Your fun art is all about 'FUN' there window art was more about 'sales'. Kudos to you and kudos to the person who created the window. Both very well done. |

Sunandan this is a beautiful powerful image. To capture the gentlemen praying during the setting sun tells a great story. I also love that you are out in the desert with your camera ready. Arts crop with the man and camels face closer to center and then flipped is my choice also. So well done.

Charles I love what you did. It certainly brings out exactly what should be in focus and what should not be in focus. I appreciate your help showing me a better photo. Thank you. |

Very unusual composition Charles. No one looks at the backside of flowers yet how interesting and beautiful indeed. I have been traveling most of the month and looking all over the place for sunflowers. Very nicely done. |

Ray another beautiful photo. The detail you added to the center is incredible but just a little to dark for my taste. I prefer a softer feel especially with flowers. Of course your focus stacking is perfect. Well done.

Judy the color is fantastic. In my opinion I would like to see more in focus then just a few tips on top, a bit more room around the flower and in a square format to easier frame it. Still done well since its from an iPhone 6. |

Dan what a beautiful capture. The colors are so magnificent together and your focus stacking makes it just about perfect. Only after seeing Charles' option I would like the darker version for the background. Well done Dan. |

Hi Vincent,
Looking at what you saw before you shot the photo I would never guess that it would work. Yet your B&W cropped photo works. And the new Remove Tool edit that Charles did finished it off nicely. Good job.
