Barbara, this is a really fun effect. I love the flower you choose, it works perfect with the effect. And Nathan has the perfect expression too. Very nicely done. |

A very beautiful striking lady. Your composition along with your choice of sepia really makes this portrait. Very well done Mark.

Barbara, I guess the Chinese will do anything to attract the passer-by to their Sinclair Gas Station. At least they kept the colors to match with their totem pole.
Yes, I do like these tall colorful palm trees in Wyoming. |

Thank you Art. I think your version is really great but just a hair over done for my taste.

Gabrirele that's funny! I would have never thought that there could be a parking problem with gondolas. The blues and whites and oranges are very nice and a great combination. And, yes it's a bit busy but isn't that what you are trying to tell us? Parking is tight in Venice. |

Welcome to the group Jean-Claude. This is a great photograph of the engine but in your description you mention that you are in Alaska and I would have loved to see more of the background with the train. Looks like some very interesting mountains behind it. You did nail the colors with all that fixing you did. |

Hi Bob! Welcome to the group. I love your Sunrise on Horseshoe Lake. I have a photo that looks pretty close to this of a Cypress tree on Blue Cypress Lake. The clouds looking like they are moving towards each corner from behind the tree supports your decision to place the tree in the middle (in my opinion). And the colors of the bright morning sun are beautiful. Nice! |

Art I like your interpretation of this very interesting piece of art. Of course, I looked up Arnaldo Pomodoro's other works that I haven't heard of. There are so, so many different photos of the same piece. You seem to have included much more than a photo of the art piece. The reflections of people passing by, the building and the shape all make me think of something being rebuilt. I like the blue color you included as well as the white from the sky. Very thought provoking with all the crevices looking to the inside. Well done.
