Carrie, it sounds like your did a lot of post processing with this image. You did a nice job. Donna and Robert have given you some suggestions on how you might improve this image. I like Robert's suggestion of darkening the light area on the right just a bit so it is not distracting. . |

Rich, a beautiful bird! I agree with Donna, the bird's face is a little soft. In Lightroom, I would use the brush tool to sharpen some areas and brighten the shadows a little. The sun did not help this image. |

Donna, thanks for your suggestions. I figured out how to sharpen the bird's eye using a mask in Topaz. |

Doug I like the main Soft Focus image. I like how Donna cropped it. Very nice!!! I have been experimenting with my Soft Focus lens. I will try and post one of my photos using the Soft Focus lens next month. |
