1. Made a copy of picture
2. Go to Filter and then to Other then to High Pass
3 encrease Radius between 2 & 3

Click OK
4 change to Overlay.
The other way use TOPAZ
YOU also could use Sharpen in Filter Unsharp Mask 		Apr 14th
