30 Apr 18 Comment hi, in general I am agree with this statement before I joined PSA, then I learned that altered and edit pictures is a normal process right now and in competition you will lose, the only thing it in the journalism picture you could not change anything. so we are walking with the progress. 30 Apr 18 Comment I do not know if the picture was taking with the right arm of the lady was cut off on the original or you cropped it. If you cropped, I would not. And I would remove child on the bottom. Apr 8th
