I found this to be a very interesting choice. The vase with the black ground really made it stand out. Did you have to do anything to handle the lighting ? It's hard to tell where the source was. I really felt the tiger lily was a great touch. |

I always found using cars as subjects as interesting, especially old ones. They have curves, ridges, rust, some missing parts. I never considered going to a junk yard though !
I did feel that my eye moved away from the front of the truck toward the background. I like Kerstin's image where the subject becomes distinct and the background is blended out. Very Creative work ! |

Very creative. I felt doing this outdoors and with that added light beam created a story for the subject and it's "hat". I felt it came alive with the facial features added. The wilted flower really catches my as I follow along the face. Good Job. |

I felt the first thing that catches my eye is the sunrise. I think capturing the whole mirror, the part of the car, and even the grass/road showing it was moving really helped tell a story. I see great photos with smartphones and I never have think of capturing things like this. I do feel if you had been around a bunch of buildings it would've been harder to take, so great timing too! |

I felt that flipping really helped the flowers more, and providing the original really showed the changes done from cropping. The blinds in the background looked part of the overall photo. I didn't get distracted from anything outside. Good picture. |

Thanks Carole. I didn't even know about that memorial. I thought the blue sky background and capturing the flag in the background was good. It does tell a story. The slide show was an added touch. Very good. |
