I like the crop. Are you lowering/raising one or the other to get it balanced out ? Newbie at Photoshop since about 3 weeks ago. Used another product before. |

I like the colors being created. I think it is Osorno.
The sunrise of the background really made the volcano stand out. The lake was an added touch. I took the image and brightened the foreground and background just to see the subjects better. I'm not sure it added anything to the original photo. It seemed to show added colors. |

I felt the palm trees (obviously fake) really make photo!
The background blue and white of the sky really brings out the color of the Sinclair gas station. My eye even looks at the somewhat mountainous area in the back. The photo really does tell a story. |

I felt it was setup really good, with the background clouds and low sun, and the three flags. I like the angle and dept of view. I do like Carole's suggestions and her changes as well as it emphasized the flags themselves. |

oh yea ! good catch. I didn't really notice that.
This is in downtown Olathe, KS. I believe it is part of the old county courthouse. They've redone a lot of the old buildings there over the years. |

It's really a perfect background. As of others, the tree on the left is not really adding anything. I also think cropping it would created a different depth of view. Maybe post processing cloning of the clouds? I felt the angle was terrific. On a personal note, I have been to Leavenworth National Cemetery (located in Ft. Leavenworth Army Base) during the Christmas Wreaths ceremony I had belonged to. It really is a beautiful place and full of history. |
