12 Nov 18 Comment Wow. Was that unexpected shot ? It's not often you see horses running in the water ! I think some adjustments could be done to give the background a little darker to bring out the color of the horses. I did an adjustment in Lightroom using clarity, contrast, and once on exposure. 12 Nov 18 Comment That's a great picture and generating it for B & W really turned out great. That's quite a trip you took. It has a lot of nice balance between the sky and rocks.
I was looking at goodreads a couple of days ago and a "Photographic School" list showed up as a suggestion for a exposure book I was reading about. A 1/3 of the books were ones Ansel Adams did as Black and White related "How to" subjects.		 Nov 18th
12 Nov 18 Comment It amazes me being able to ride in it to the tops. I've never seen it myself but most anyone I know going to St. Louis has a arch pic. The Iphone took a nice picture. I like both pictures. The original has some balance between the bluish background sky and the gray arch. Nov 18th
