As others said, the background seems to distract from the subject. I tried to crop in more toward her face and remove some of the background, but nothing really worked for me. Maybe remove the bright areas of the background altogether. It's a great idea of using it for the theme. |

I like the idea of using a tree. It's a nice picture, with the view of the hill and blue sky. For Fun, I changed the tone a little, and turned it into a nice Black & White. |

I think that was the dog you used for the love assignment !
I would've tried to zoom in more on the face to keep the room out of distraction. Connie's suggestions were real good (after I wrote the zoom in I saw it). I had planned on using a dog but would always jump up whenever I tried to grab my camera or moved or did pretty much anything. |

Sleeping computer. Never thought of that. Good idea. The exposure was also good to not get the glare. |

I think the turtle is posing too ! :) It's a great photo. I like what Carole did with blurring out the background as the tortoise is almost the same color as everything around it. |

I like what you did with the picture on darkening the edges. It's a great picture for the subject. The work done on the body of the lion helped stand it out. Great job. |
