I had to look at this image for a little bit. It has a way of drawing you in. The image of the effects of war on the left, him smiling on the right, and the reflection between the two. It seemed like it told a story. It's like the image itself is a memorial. Good job. |

I could see what you were going for. I liked Kerstin's image better with the water reflection. I wasn't sure what the black was suppose to be at the bottom. Good try though ! |

It's really interesting what you did from the original photo. I'm on the fence on which one I like better. After look at the original full size, it was a great picture by itself. The colors against the green background gave it a lot of contrast. I like what Dolores did too. |

I had tried something similar to this on a image taken last year on an iphone and a set of cheap $10 lenses. I took a picture of my eye and you could see the reflections, but had a lot of noise in the photo. This photo of the horse eye has some but it's not as noticeable.
It was a good idea and very creative. |

I find doing reflections post processing always difficult because I try to make it where it isn't noticeable. :)
I would've done it without the water reflection as Photoshop sort of made it blurry to me. This is my run at it. I'm not sure it is any better but it's a different version. The process itself is useful for using the tools available.
