I like the composition of this image, but when I looked at the original there were parts of it that I would have kept dark instead of lighting up all over the dark. I think maybe just painting some light down from where the actual lights are with the adjustment brush in LR would not take away from the doors, colors, and reflections as well as overall wonderful mood of the church. I love the way the floor looks in the original shot. |

No need to see the face in this image at all. He is totally into his music and playing the guitar. I love it since it seems like to him, the camera is not even there. The fire design on the hat kinda bothers me, and wonder if just Photoshop that part of the hat to a solid color would be better? but the image is so super nice overall that it seems overly picky of me. And the black and white treatment is perfect. |

Very cool looking "painting" look. Topaz plug ins are awesome and you are doing some nice things with it. I love that pinkish color in the leaves. |

I like the distortion of the bridge. It makes it cool looking. I also like the sharpness of the image. It really works for this. I wonder if removing the Christmas wreath though would make it less seasonal. It almost does not go with the rest of the image. |

Black and white works well with this image. I also like that you took the opportunity to take this shot. Seems maybe out of your norm, but not sure. For normal Portrait shots, there is too much whites of the eyes showing, but I imagine for this type of makeup and weird look it is what you are going for here. The smoothness of her skin would be great for regular portrait, but I think here more clarity or something would go better with her makeup and general look. I like the very closeup crop you did. |
