4 Sep 25 Comment Ian, a well done portrait which you are so skilled at capturing. The brightness and contrast you've shown us brings out every important detail in her face and in her dress. To my eye the background is complementary and in no way distracts the viewer's eye. Sep 7th
4 Sep 25 Comment Erik, I have by now looked at this image quite a bit. To my eye the technical details are spot on. In my opinion you have captured well the details in the birds feathers. The color looks right for the light and the sharpness, except for the minnow, is exquisite. I will be interested in how this does in PSA Exhibitions as they tend to unfairly label anything where the tail is closer than the head as a "butt shot." Sep 7th
4 Sep 25 Comment Vella, another very interesting image. To my eye the image invokes thoughts and holds my eye. I like the brightness and contrast on the woman's face. For me I would like to see lighter darks so that you could bring back out some of the detail in her outfit. Sep 7th
4 Sep 25 Comment Guy, thanks for sharing this. I have certainly added it to my notes. We arrive in Ireland at Belfast and then go up to Giants Causeway. It seems to me that we should go very near this spectacular set of waterfalls. If I get a picture, I will certainly share with you.

To my age has a very good shutter speed to get a nice soft look to the cascading water There is good contrast and the brightness seems appropriate. Looking at a few pictures of these falls it would've been nice if you could've captured a little bit of the calmer water between the upper lower Falls. Thanks for sharing this beautiful place. 4 Sep 25 Comment This is a really entertaining image. And for me, the original was almost as good. To my eye, the strength of this pictures include the color of the bubble and the action of the little boy running towards it. (I've got to get one of these for my small grandsons.) I do not see any real weaknesses to this image. Thanks for sharing. Sep 4th
