Given the previous comments I thought I would try something different. I have cropped much closer darkened the background and lightened her face. See attached. However, on refection I thought we did need to see the person she was looking at so undid the crop. See below. |

Sophia, this is an excellent picture of a Praying Mantis. Your depth of field for me is perfect. Did you use focus stacking? Both Pete and Richard have done some good work on the image. I would prefer something between the two. |

I'm sure we all love dragonflies. I like the angle you have taken this. If it were mine I would combine both of Pete's and Richard suggestions. |
