A lovely landscape. I think you have done an excellent job with the processing. I would prefer the cropping of the sky. |

I think you have done well to capture this. A moment to remember. Your processing is good but Pete has improved on this and he doesn't say but he has taken down the light bit at the top and middle LHS. |

A fascinating image! and what an improvement flipping the image has made. I agree that the image has too much negative space on the LHS. I would crop this and make the image square. I would also consider slightly brightening the flower and bee even more. |

Welcome to the group. Your light and shadows on the image are perfect and I love the subtle colours. Would the leaf at the bottom centre be better in focus-probably not but I'm unsure. |

An interesting image which makes us think. I think your title is almost there. I would prefer "Watching over him" not "us". I prefer Richard's version than your processed version. Working on Richard's version I have lightened both subjects faces ie the man and the statue. I have also darkened his shoes which competing with their faces for our attention. Finally I have cloned out the patters on his shirt and socks and taken the bright area from the statues leg. |

A good action shot. I like the background blurred as Richard suggests. I have played around with your image. I have cropped it to make us concentrate on the central players. I have also moved the ball. Your thoughts? |
