Thanks for your work Pete. I assume you have used the Clarity slider on her face. Please let me know otherwise. I will look at the image again assuming it is Clarity. However, I think you may have overdone it especially with her hair. Looking at her lips I will try to make the red match the red on the bird's head on her jacket. |

A great bird shot and your post processing is excellent. Other than the comments already made I have nothing to add. |

What a great image. Out of the 110,000 images how long did it take you to find this? From the original you have done some great work to improve it. I think Richard has done an excellent job with the background but for me I would prefer Jim's crop. I would therefore combine both of their work. |

Well done Mark- a great image. There is mystery to the picture. Our eyes are drawn into the cave and we wonder what is round the corner. I like both Jim and Pete's versions but cannot decide which I prefer, therefore I would go somewhere between them. |

Lovely image. I love the way the shafts of light and the fishing rod produce an almost triangular shape. I too prefer Jim's version although a couple of black marks have appeared on the LHS. |

I too would prefer the original. You have gone to great trouble to lay the chain so that our eye follows it in a nice bend towards the watch. Your choice of a red cloth is perfect.
To me you have shown your ability to set up an excellent still life. I don't think it's a hard choice, the original wins hands down. |

When I first looked at this I liked it but felt there was something missing but I didn't know what. Looking at Pete's version I now know. I think he has done an excellent job and if it were mine I would try to replicate his work and then enter it into a competition. For me it would do well. |
