I echo what others have said. Well done! No suggestions on improvement but I would have liked to have seen the original. |

I like your idea with the gull but I would have put it on the railings. |

This is a very striking picture which could hang on a wall. Generally I agree with previous comments about the brightness of the rocks. I disagree with your comments that "there is not much happening in the water." I love the water and think it leads us through the picture and as we are being taken through we look at the interesting rocks. Attached is a base layer of your image with Oliver's on top with opacity reduced to 25% |

I like all versions of this image but of the 3 images presented I prefer Richard's version. I agree with him that we need the Buddha in the top right. Looking at his version I would clone out the strip of lights going across the image and brighten (Sharpen?) the top of his head to seperate it from the background.

Many people find creative photography difficult but apparently not you. I am impressed with both this image and last month's. Please give us more. It has been suggested that you crop the bottom and I agree with this. For me there is too much empty space. Also, whilst it is good to have the reflection it doesn't to me look like a reflection of the man and horse. Cropping solves this problem. |
