I commend your creativity. I wasn't sure if I liked the reflections in the bubble and finally I decided that I did. Not much to add to what has already been said except well done. |

Reading Barbara comment made me look up Blue Moon. See https://www.timeanddate.com/astronomy/moon/blue-moon.html
You have some nice curves with the river bank taking us through the image and as Richard says a nice mix of colours. I agree with Barbara about the lack of detail on the trees on the LHS. The moon spoils the image for me.

I'm thankful I didn't have to build the hall. The patterns are amazing and our eyes are drawn straight to it, To me this picture is about the building but also the river and the arches. Therefore I wouldn't crop as Richard suggests. However, I would desaturate the building on the right and put a slight vignette round the image and darken the sky on the LHS as it draws my eye out of the image. |

This image is not something to be looked at for a few moments. It is a story about human life and our many interactions (pre-covid). Look closely and see the man with the pushchair, the group of people resting on the steps, the man walking on his own. Why were they there, where are they now?
I like what Richard has done and agree with Barbara that you have cropped too much on the LH side. Mono is appropriate. Well done. A fascinating image.
One final point, I think your "original" is a different image from the mono conversion. I prefer the mono because for me the people are in more interesting positions. |

A beautiful image which improves the more I see it. It would look good framed and on a wall. My only minor suggestion is to take the stem to the bottom of the frame. |

To my mind this image can be one of two things. It can be a record of a happy event during your time in Japan in which case I would increase the texture in camera raw to bring out the dress and perhaps increase the brightness. If you want it to be a pictorial image I would also clone out the person behind the bride. Either way a lovely image. |

Thanks. I wasn't sure where to crop so left more in. I would be interested to see what others think. |
