Thanks for your comments. I am undecided on whether to crop so that the girls eyes are on the third as you suggest. I can see the advantages but then her arm runs out of the image. I will ask other people for their opinion here in the UK. I always use Nik Silver Efex for my mono conversion although I hadn't tried Sepia as suggested by Jeffrey.

Looking at your image and mine I probably would agree that the sepia is superior. Thanks for your comment and the work you did on the image

An interesting image that I suspect is better in monochrome than colour, I like the contrast and tones in both the sky and foreground. |

A very enjoyable picture. The husky is very sharp and the pose and position in the frame is excellent. The background adds to an already excellent image. I would be interested in seeing the colour version although I suspect the mono is the appropriate choice. |

I also prefer the colour version. In the colour version I would slightly de-saturate all but the car and the flames. |

I agree with the previous comments. I prefer the mono image and the panning really adds impact to the picture. Well done! |

You have taken the woman at exactly the best time as she walks by the wall. Her face turning towards the camera is perfect. I would agree with Cindy that a closer crop taking out the sign might improve the image. |

A very good image. Although we haven't seen the colour version I suspect the mono is better. I think your crop is perfect with the ball and the pitcher in exactly the best place in the frame. I cannot offer any suggestions for improvement. |
