Thanks Jack, I've gotten to really enjoy shooting birds lately. I find it to be quite a challenge but rewarding. |

Jen, you captured a great moment. Very well done. However I see two shots. If the image were cropped on either side of the windmill you would have two great shots. The two buildings fight for your eye. I tend to like the left side more. Still well done. |

Darrell, great shot. Peggy's is a great place to shoot and I really like this kind of shot. It's sharp with good tonal range. The only problem is the bow touching the edge of the frame. |

Nice shot Ed...
I really like the cropped version. The shot was a little flat. A boost in contrast would help that. Dodging the little boys face would bring attention to him. After all he is the center of attention.

The broken tree makes a good subject. It's well exposed and sharp. I feel there is not enough separation between the tree and the background. Maybe less dof would have blurred the trees in the background to improve the shot. If it were digital you would have had blinkies all over the background. |

Great shot Jack! The lower limb and the clouds make the shot for me. I agree with Darrell, the area of leaves around the top and right of the tree get a little muddy. Maybe you could dodge that a little to bring them up to the brightness of the rest of the tree.
This one should do well for you. |
