Thanks for your suggestions, Trinda! This is a single image processed in Aurora HDR 2018. This is a new product for me and it has a lot of other features in addition to tone-mapping. |

I love this picture and downloaded it to try to get more definition of the poles and nets. I opened up the shadows a little with the Blacks and Shadows sliders and also added a little Clarity. |

This is a very artistic treatment of this scene! Your decision to clone out the white sun spot and increase the yellow in the sky really work. I like the play of light and dark in this image. Nice work! |

Wow - What an experience this must be to capture this explosion of birds! Your post-processing is very nice also. I think the image would be even better if you could have the Cranes in focus also. But I know it is tricky having enough DOF and a fast shutter speed, especially with a long lens. But you could try changing your focus to a point closer to the foreground to see if this would allow you to get everything in focus. Very nice image!

You did a very good job in post-processing of bringing out the vibrancy of this scene. I also think the people are fine since they are not distracting and add scale and interest. I really like the framing of the trees at the top. If your POV had been a little lower you could have avoided the merger of the branches on the right with the mountains to add a little more sense of depth to the photo. But that is a nit-pick! This is a lovely composition! |

This is a very striking photo! You are lucky to have amazing scenes like this to capture! If I were playing with processing this image, I would try to get a little more definition in the poles and nets, particularly near the horizon. Maybe you could lighten or add contrast to this area. I agree also you could soften the purple/blue tones a little. I love this shot! |

This is a beautiful image! My only suggestion would be to try adding a little contrast to the mountain - maybe lighten areas to emphasize where the rising sun it hitting it.

Panoramic version. I believe I like this version the best. |

Thanks Nancie! I tried Mike's suggestion of cropping the single pelican at the left of the photo. I also cropped out that blank piece of sky while I was at it. I definitely like the sky cropped out but I was on the fence about whether to crop the pelican so I added an additional "panoramic" version in the next comment. |
