Thanks, Trinda. I didn't capture another image with more of the foreground. I'm not sure why - maybe it just wasn't that photogenic. But I could try vignetting. Hope your art show was successful! |

Thanks! That is a good idea, Marla. I do long exposures occasionally but didn't think to do it here. |

Stunning image! This is something I have always wanted to try - an HDR pano! You did an excellent job pulling it all together and whatever fills you did are seamless. I also think the saturation could be reduced just a little. This deserves to be framed.

That is a gorgeous sky with wonderful clouds! I can see why you didn't want to let it pass by. My first impression is that the white balance is a little too cool (blue) in the sky. The green tones in the grass look great. If you use lightroom, you could use the brush tool to select the sky to adjust the tones. Mike's suggestion would be good too.

That was indeed a happy accident! I wish there were a known formula to follow to achieve this. I love the colors in the sunburst but they almost seem slightly too intense to me. But overall, this is a great capture!

I agree with Mike and Nancie's comments - I couldn't say it better! This a wonderful exotic, moody scene. I particularly like how the tones are graduated from deep in the foreground to very pale in the background. |

I love western scenery and I feel like this image invites you to walk right in the open gate. I think this has good color, detail, and interesting composition. Nothing to change here for me!

Thank you Mike, Nancie, and Pat for your comments and suggestions. I think all your suggestions are good ones and I will implement them before I do anything else with the photo. Pat, I think I may be able to remove some of the vegetation at the bottom without cropping the photo by doing a photoshop selection and content-aware fill - or maybe just by cloning. Sorry to be so late responding - we just had our local annual art show.
