Ah tks for the explanation. You've cleverly isolated the tree. Some blurry fogginess is nice.. too sharp, it may lose its effect.. imho. Wish i could be there myself! |

Awesome! If this wasnt posted here, i would have thought it's a painting. Very nice blend of colors and the fence is what i see first before i gaze at other parts of the photo.. The clouds add interest too. |

Brrr.. i can feel the cold! The bokeh or light flare? adds interest to it. I don't have an issue with the signs as these keep the authenticity of the place. This picture would also look interesting in black and white, i believe. |

Picture perfect! Love the red tones, and it's also nicely toned down by the leaves framing the scene. |

Awesome pic - love the colors, interesting shades of the sky and the sun's rays with the surrounding trees providing the contrast. Then I hid the bottom foreground and find that I prefer this as i find it less distracting and draws my attention directly to the rays and the big rock. " ) |

Mystique! First word that comes to mind when i looked at the image. The slight blurry image of the willowy leaves? And the slight foggy colors vs a stark white and black, works for me. The image drives my imagination, and asks the question, how did this tree get there in the waters alone? Was there a flood? Or it's a sole survivor... |
