Thank you, everybody. Ham, when I entered this to my club, I called it water lily. As a New Years greeting, I changed the color and title. I like your music! |

I like the high key effect and the birds' darkness, almost silhouettes. The motion of the wings contributes to the bickering story. |

Unusual results of your playing. The stem is all that clues to me that this was originally a tulip. I see a face, possibly a fly. Nice color combination. |

Eight week old puppies are adorable subjects. At first i thought she was a doll. How did you get her to stay still long enough to photograph[h? I like your original crop, emphasizing her size. Linda's catchlight is good, but I agree with you on the softness. |

I like the primary colors. The pano is an obvious correction, but you have showed the smallness of the child in his large world. |

I agree with the previous comments. Additionally, you captured the location at a good moment with the snow and fog/cloud leading depth to the scene. I strive to capture highway scenes without cars, but I like these with their lights attesting to the snowy conditions. Were you driving? |

At first I thought you had two images, Jerry. Then I noticed the bit of building, creating a frame on the left edge. Wonderful graphic elements and good details from the sun-raked texture on the right building to the windows, steeple, wall and vertical boards on the left. The right side alone offers a full range of tones. The sun is obviously on the left, so the large shadow on the right puzzles me. A wonderful image with a lot to study.

This is wonderful! I love the mass of the building against the texture of the skyscrapers plus the walkway and reflections. Well captured at night. I agree with Don re the crop on the left. Unfamiliar with the building, I researched the architect. Moshe Safdi has created several dramatic, geometrically unusual buildings. I realized that I had spent a day exploring one, Yad Vashem in Jerusalem. |

The softness of the shadow on the geometry of the bricks creates interest, and I think monochrome was a good choice. |

Yes, a very dramatic, graphic image with a lot of impact and a lot to look at. I agree with darkening the white reflection on the right. In fact I would darken everything to the right and left of the piers to reduce the business of the image. |

Very sharp, crisp, and cold throughout. I, too, like the ruggedness of the rock compared with the softness of the sky. I am really drawn in to the mountain where the lines converge on the large patch of snow in the middle of the larger peak. I like the sweeps of the left peak, almost cascading like waterfalls and am glad you saved them with the improvement of cropping from the left. |

Thank you, Stuart. I tried it with more, tho not all, of the top showing. I found unsettling, kinda floating in space, so I preferred it hanging from the frame. |
