34 Jan 19 Comment Truly lovely with a spiritual feeling. I have nothing to add to what's already been said. Jan 22nd
34 Jan 19 Comment So Clever. I don't understand how people get such clever ideas of combining images to create a story. Well executed, and I like Jan's adaptations, especially the elongated shadow in front. Jan 22nd
34 Jan 19 Comment I love the use of scale, warp, and rotate to make your cars fly through space. Is this how the aliens will arrive? The Milky Way. The effect of the fog. All good. I agree that the vignette could be less bold on the top and left. A clever and well executed concept. Jan 22nd
34 Jan 19 Comment A lovely, soft, unusual version of the twirl technique. ( I thought your penitentiary window was a cathedral's.) Jan 22nd
34 Jan 19 Comment I like the use of the radial blur as well as what you've done to the background and his eyes. You lost me at the Jester's Mayotte; a head on a pike is too goulish for my taste. But I needn't want it on my wall to appreciate the cleverness and skill involved. Jan 22nd
34 Jan 19 Reply Thank you, Jan. The idea, of course, was that we were the black king and queen. Jan 11th
34 Jan 19 Comment Unfortunately, even on my 24" monitor, I cannot see that we're wearing red checked shirts. Too bad. It was a creative idea that didn't translate into a visual. Will enter it at my club for projection onto a big screen.

37 Jan 19 Comment You've captured a beautiful sunrise, Peter. Well composed, sharp throughout, nice contrast between the soft pastel natural elements and the crisp angularity of the vivid structures. I agree with Grace on the cropping. Jan 21st
37 Jan 19 Reply Thanks, Gunter. Submitting for Travel, so I cannot clone out the sign. Jan 13th
37 Jan 19 Comment An unusual sighting, well processed to bring out colors I would not have imagined in such a setting. Jan 11th
37 Jan 19 Comment A mood, mysterious image, almost ominous. Well seen and captured. Jan 11th
37 Jan 19 Comment I don't often see a bird holding a feather, which you captured with good detail, more than the bird itself. Nice catch light. Good to remove the extra reed, and thank you for posting the "before." I, too, would darken his reed. Jan 11th
37 Jan 19 Comment What a beautiful little redhead. Perfect depth of field. Captivating eyes. Jan 11th
37 Jan 19 Comment Howard, the feather detail you've captured is incredible. What a beautiful bird.
I agree on the cropping. I like the soft, varied background colors, tho the top left seems a bit strong.
