37 Oct 17 Comment At my recent workshop with Freeman Patterson and Andre Gallant (Do you know about them?) in B.C, I learned the value of putting a focal point just at the edge as you have done here. Well done. I really like the patterns formed by the striations in the leaves. Well composed. Well captured. I would have darkened the leaves a bit except for the ones that point toward the flower and possibly added a slight vignette. In any case, it's a very appealing image. Oct 8th
37 Oct 17 Comment Welcome to the group, Peter. I LOVE this image. We were at Zion recently but opted out of doing the subway hike. Your image makes me wish I had done it. Did the water and the sunlight thru the tunnel appear that bright? I think that if you'd lightened them a bit less, they would look more natural. Oct 8th
