56 Feb 23 Comment Cindy, your decision to use the iceberg was a great choice. The background painting is beautifully done and your mixer brush painting is superb. I especially like the slight reflection you put below the iceberg.
I am a bit confused about the light source. If it is coming from the left, then should there be some highlights on the breast of the eagle too? Following that logic, should there be more shadow under the eagle's tail?		 Feb 27th
56 Feb 23 Comment Martha, first your composition of the image was nicely done and especially going for a strong diagonal image. Also, all the extra editing under Cindy's guidance was superb. I am so impressed with your quick growth with the mixer brush. YOu did a lot of fantastic editing to get the bottom bud to perfection, too. Nicely done.
One thing to consider is white takes our eye right to it with its strong contrast with pink. You may want to consider putting some of the pink paint strokes at the very top over the white to keep the viewer's eye in the image. 		Feb 27th

56 Feb 23 Comment Pat, what an interesting flower with so much unique details. Love it. I saw there were several who wanted a crop so I tried it and I think it does suit this image. You had lost the edges on the left so the crop just focuses on the center. Feb 27th
56 Feb 23 Comment Such a wonderful composition. I love the way the flowers lead one's eye up to the top and the small buds keep our eye in with their horizontal appearance. The colors are brilliant and so attractive. A real winner here. This one will sell too. Feb 27th
