I totally understand. I was a bit sloppy with my visual review. I too like the notches and with a bit of time they can be created . I really enjoy your seasonal creativity though. Nice work ! |

Your still life set up is absolutely stunning and creative. Love the rich tones and love the bells' painted texture. Your presentation is also lovely and elegant with an attractive frame. If there is any suggestion to my eye, it might be to soften the horizontal line between the table and wall. However, truly lovely holiday artwork. |

I love your capture. The angle of the truck in the flowers is truly lovely. I think I might have liked your original entry crop. It gives a bit of breathing room. You could remove the post and board before your painting.
Of the two paintings, I too prefer your reply image to Cindy. |

Love the capture and your painting of warm tones really set it off against the lovely blue sky. Working at 600% is tedious but you ended up with a very realistic photo-realistic painting. You may want to separate the Lizard from the eagle in some way. Not exactly sure how I would do that though. Maybe, a bit darker paint. Still a lovely painting. |

Hi Pat, Love the Christmas theme and the beauty of the complementary colors of the seasonal red and green are always attractive. The composition of your leaves is nicely done. I agree with Cindy on the notched areas of the center leaf and used the spot healing brush to correct this missing area. |

Nice selection of the diagonal composition. The diagonal line is always attractive to the eye. Darkening the background was a good choice and I like the darkness at the tip to stop the eye from leaving the frame. Also, seeing the detail in the leaves is nicely done. Very attractive. |
