Thank you Pat. I appreciate your comments about the border become some do not like them. I am personally fond of using them when I feel it adds to the image. |

Wonderful creative image and tells a creepy story which really fits for Halloween. In my visual feed back I burned down the whites in the skull and the tail feathers of the owl to keep the eye in the center. I also took the skull and reduced in size and put it above to keep the eye in the center. |

Your composition is well done and the image has some attractive tones and interesting detail. You have done an excellent job in filling out the surrounding area to really highlight the shack. One thing you may want to consider is to use more sharpness on the actual shack to force the eye there. I took in into PS and applied detail selectively to a few sections on the shack. You might be able to do that with your brushes too. |

Nice composition with the turning and moving of the ship. It gives important space for the ship to travel in if it could. I agree with Cindy's thoughts on the bright green grass. The color tends to draw attention to it, but when I took it into Photoshop and applied a B & W filter the green was in the right tones so the eye still does go to the white and leads in nicely into your subject. |

I enjoy the crop and feel you identified the important elements with a nice feel for a diagonal line. I understand your vision, but I personally feel the lack of detail through out and filled in blacks with no detail takes away from the potential of this image. What would it look like if you opened up some of the blacks? |

I agree with Gerhard, that you started with an outstanding image. Your painting version really pops and highlights the colors. |
