Lovely image . Your choice of colors truly add to the image . You enhanced the composition with the diagonal line of the left flowers and the right straight down flowers to keep my eye in the image and away from the left side with lots of needed space on the right,
One thing to consider is the top of the frame. My eye wants to see more of the frame , but I think I would like more of the wall on top of the window frame so the white didn't draw my eye out . Just an idea.
Fantastic artistic eye to see the possibilities. Like others I would have just walked by. The flowers and greenery are superb . |

Cindy ,again you have come up with a winner. The composite composition has interest and the use of the tree leads my eye in but also keeps it there. The grass brush adds a nice grounded look. Nice tones and beautifully done |

Your work here really reflect speed to my eye. Not sure if you added the red but it contributes to the concept of speed and action. To my eye, the background picks up the perfect greens and tones to contrast with the runner. I truly like the background and together with the subject is a terrific unique modern look of art . |

The background adds a nice interest and texture and adds contrast to the bird. The painting texture on the bird is attractive and enhances the feathers. Is that a slight oil paint? |

The location and image is lovely. Your position for the image is spot on to capture the s curve of the rivers which leads me into the image and the texture of the filter really enhances the ripples in the water. You definitely need the foreground to keep the composition but it may be possible to crop a bit off. To my eye, all of the foreground may not need to be there as it doesn't seem to add that much and cropping might take me into the image easier. I particularly like the diagonal line of the bank on the foreground and the diagonal line on the hill in n the mid-ground both seem to constrain the image. If the clouds were not so lovely I might suggest a crop there too since the center is your center of interest to my eye. |

Hi Cindy. I used the greasy blender for the sky the skin brush for the house and the hair brushes for the grasses . Like Michelle says I had to be careful of the edges as I was getting a blue and red when I didn't brush out to the edge . Thank you for your kind words. So excited to see your last month's image received an honorable mention in the psa councils challenge that was posted at the PSA conference
Happy painting ! We are traveling and I think my lap top computer is having some problems so I might not be able to paint until I can take it in for repair. However I will still see all on my iPad. |

Thank you Cyril. I have not used the mixer brush for a landscape so delighted to see it could be done |
