Just beautiful. Your Corel painting has lovely strokes. The crop and color enhancement really adds pop to the image . Enhancing the center with your crop placed the focus just where it needed to be using focus points of the rule of thirds. Nicely done. |

Jeanine, I guess I am the odd person here because I like the change of tones to yellow and the path is clear to my eye. What I think is missing is a bit of a vignette to draw the eye to the center. I put one on using a PS Lasso tool and curve to darken. I then removed the vignette in the lower left to force the eye to come in on the path . I like the way the vignette darkened some of the colors to enhance the red. |

Excellent job with textures and tones to enhance the background. The Scrolls in the border add to the image and make it a bit unique. Not sure it looks painted, but I like it. |

what a great piece of art for a Thanksgiving card. Love the colors and your use of the smudge tool. My eye really enjoys the strokes of the background. I know the smudge tool is often used with the mixer brush and I will try it next time. Nice work. |

I love the dancer and her regal look and pose. I find her downward look is elegant and so unique. Outstanding composite work. I love attending pow wows, but the background of these pow wows is always so distractive. In my review, I mushed up the man in the red shirt and I think if I was to redo my image feedback, I would change the color of his shirt to a gray and then mush it. I then took the image into topaz studio and used chalk impressions. I put their mask on it and removed it from the dancer. This was a quick edit to just give you another idea. i am sure you can do it much better. |

The background and costumed Lady are complimentary in tones with your work on both the background and her. It might of helped to not get so much distracting poles etc in the background . I have edited the background and removed some of the boats and poles and then took it into impressions Topaz Studio and then put a mask on it and brought back your lady. Just a thought. I did this very quickly but it could be done with a more precise look in the painting strokes. |
