Thank you Trinda. The line of trees is what caught my attention too. I'm going to play with it on the crop and see what I like. I entered it in a travel contest for the St Louis Post Dispatch newspaper last week. We'll see if it gets any recognition. Thanks so much! |

Thank you John! I would like to see the purple field pop more too. I'll see if I can figure that out. I'm going to lighten the dark trees in the center. I'll also try the graduating filter on the clouds. I tend to have a problem with my clouds being too blue. I was proud they came out more white this time. haha Thank you for your suggestions!! |

Thank you Theresa! Yes, that seems to be the consensus. They were darkened with the red filter. I will try and lighten them. I'll play with it some more! |

Marla,
Thank you! I see what you are saying about the lower fields. I will try cropping to that first line. I didn't want the house to be too close to the bottom. The red filter made the trees darker. I felt like the color they were naturally was dull. I'll trying lightening them some. I do understand they are a bit dark. Thanks!! |

Very nice composition! I like the leading line of the path taking you back to the trees and mountains. I agree with John on seeing a bit more definition in the clouds. Maybe a slight dehaze would make them pop just slightly. I like the bend of the orange tree slightly into the shot. I feel like it tips my eye toward the back. It looks like a lovely location. Great job! |

This reminds me of an old film photo that has seen the test of time. I love the textures and details in the foreground. Definitely an art piece rather than a snapshot. It would be interesting to see blown up and matted. Great job on creating something from your personal vision! |

Lovely crisp, sharp capture! The sharp mountains really pull me in. I can see this as a really large print. It would be beautiful! I have no recommendations. |

That is so fun! The colors are nice. All the different plants give lots of texture in the shot. Cropping to just above that center fish also brings out the landscape.
I played with it a little. I added the underwater photo filter which brought out a bit in the back. (I know you were probably wanting to keep the waves at the top.)
It's fun to try something different. Great job! |

I love this capture! The glow of the sun in the Aspens is beautiful. I like the depth of the sheep in the trees. I've never seen a herd of sheep like this. I don't see anything that I would change. Really great unique capture! |

Wow, love the colors of this shot. The sun reflecting in the water is beautiful. The only thing I might try is cropping some of the blue off the top. I don't think it adds anything and may bring out the sun more. I love the glow in the clouds. You captured a beautiful moment!! |

Great idea Mike! I really like the scale of the home in comparison to the mountains. I will give it a try. I could also make a vertical shot straight up the middle. Thanks so much! |
