Thank you Theresa! I'm going to remove the cranes and poles. Make it one dark silhouette across. I'm happy no one thinks it's over saturated. I like the rich colors. Thanks so much! |

Thank you John! I'm so happy no one said it's over saturated! I will do a crop with it more centered and see what I think. It might bring more balance to the water. Thank you! |

Marla, you are absolutely right on the cranes and poles. There isn't a reason for them. It didn't jump out at me at the time. Thank you for the edit! |

Thank you Virginia! No one said it was too saturated! Woot! That a first. haha I'm glad you like the gold on the water. That was a new thing for me to try. I'm going to take Marla's suggestion too and get rid of the cranes and poles. Thanks so much! |

The hikers add a great perspective. The trees are huge! I love the light on the left tree and through the other thinner trees.
I think if you like the top cropped, that takes care of the bright spot on the top left. My question is if you cropped some of the bottom, would that bring you in closer between the trees and bring out the people a bit more? Not a lot, just passed the sticks on the left? I feel like it will make the people walking seem more deliberate in the shot.
i would love to see these giant beauties one day! You did a great job capturing their grand appearance! |

I totally understand how you were drawn to the clouds in the puddle. I love the reflection. I love the road and water leading to the clouds and sky. Makes me wonder what is around the bend?
I'm not sure why, but I feel like the bottom right of the puddle could be cropped out. There is something about the direction of it that pulls me away rather than in. But it might just be me.
Lovely capture! |

I like the pattern of the reeds and the feel of being right in the moment. I understand the idea of having the duck in focus, but I also like it out of focus and adding a little color to the tan scene of reeds. It also adds to the depth of the background. I think it's a lovely natural capture of a water scene! |

Beautiful composition Marla! The rainbow is awesome! I like the cliffs leading you back to the waterfall. Everyone has discussed it. I like smooth most of the time, but sometimes that rough water gives more power. how do you feel about lightening the green color of the water right at the top of the falls? That's the only thing that I might like to see. Otherwise you did a beautiful job capturing the moment! |

Love the rich colors. I agree with removing the stick. The other thing I wouldn't mind tweaking is the whitish color in the black trees on the right. Keeping the dark silhouette theme, I think you could clone that spot black. My eye lands there first cause it is lighter, but I want my eye to go to those beautiful sun rays just above it. Lovely composition!! |

Wow, what a beautiful location! I think you did a wonderful job with the lights and shadows. The variation of colors give it a soft, relaxed feel. I can see both sides of leaving or removing the houses. I don't feel they are a distraction, so leaving them is ok with me. I don't have any suggestions to making it better. Great job! |
