Thank you Trinda! I always dehaze some before I leave Lightroom. Usually I go up to 40-50. I will look at cropping it. I don't remember how much contrast I did. I'll take it back to PS and try some things. Thanks so much! |

Nice shot Trinda! I like all the shades of green and the peaceful feel. Looking at Marla's crop, I feel like losing the tall straight brown tree increases the feeling of serenity. The tree draws my eye up & off the photo.
I like the feel of the tree hanging over the water. It brings the movement of your eye back around to the water. I like the separation of the water's edge with the rocks also. It gives more depth to the scene. I think it's a lovely capture! |

I love this shot as well!! The horizontal and vertical lines are a pleasing pattern. The colors and sunset at the end draw you into the shot. Awesome work! |

This is a beautiful shot! I think you did great with your composite of the moon. I love Mt Rainer being less visible in the background. It's kind of a pleasant surprise when you see it. I think you scored a perfect 10 on this composition!! |

This is a fun capture of a moment. Yes, the danger isn't evident, but the sign is very bold that there is danger. You captured the night color of the skies. It also makes me want to see what is just over the sign. It looks like a lovely area!
I saw a sign once in Louisiana of a bear crossing. On the other side of the road was the beach and gulf ocean. It seemed so funny to me, cause I couldn't picture bears in the Gulf waters. Would have loved a picture of that!! |

Thank you Marla! I like the adjustment too. I hadn't thought about making the clouds softer, so thanks for the suggestion. I'm always thinking people will think it is out of focus, if it looks too soft. I think I did have the contrast higher and reduced it some to bring the streaks out more. Thanks for sharing your edits!! |

Thank you Theresa! I'll play with it. I might try cloning the trees out first. Then I don't lose the blues. |

Beautiful colors and lighting. The water and sky look serene. I also like the light reflecting in the water.
The leading line of the pier draws you to the laboratory at the end, however I think the water on the far right is lighter and draws your eye off the pier to the edge of the shot. When I cover a portion of it with my hand, it seems to make the pier pop out more.
I think the shot also portrays the vastness of the ocean compared to man. I like that! I would love having that view at work. Very nice capture!! |

The white and red are very holiday feeling. I love the detail of the snow on all the branches of the tree. It creates a delicate pattern. I feel like there are many little pieces in this photo which distracts from "engulfed".
What if you cropped out the last bush on the right and the hitching bar? (I don't remember what it's called. haha) And clone out the pole sticking out of the ground on the left? I might also lose the downspout, so the gate is the only thing in that part of the photo. I'm thinking simplifying all those various lines might make the tree pattern be more prominent.
I love what you were going for. It was a beautiful snow, even if it happened in April! |

I love the feel of this shot. Definitely cold and frosty. The low angle on the grass is a great perspective. I'm not sure why Lightroom would be different in noise than here. If it looked great for the card, then that's what counts. I thinks it's a serene morning scene. Great job! |

Thank you Mike! I like those blue mountains in the back behind the trees, but maybe I can clone them out. I did crop a bit off the left to make the road look better. Thanks for your great eye!! |
