I would love to visit this town!! This is a lovely composition with the bridge and reflections. I like the watercolor effect as it brings out the reflections. I love the story the photo tells of life in this water town. |

I love the dreamy look of your photo. The reflections are lovely. I agree about the whites seeming blown out. I hope your original has more detail. Maybe the curves layer whites can be brought down? The pump with water coming out is a great detail. I think this would be wonderful for a serenity calendar also. Beautiful work! |

Thank you Trinda! I like cropping! I will do it. I found a shot with more of the cactus and ground on the bottom and the cactus is shifted left. I'm going to work on it! I think the cactus is so interesting looking, I want to showcase it better. Cropping away!! haha Thanks! |

I like the colors of the greens and patterns of the land. It's a nice shot of the landscape, but doesn't convey anything of special interest. As the others have said, adding a focal point or other interesting point would make it say more. |

This is a lovely landscape shot. I agree the bridge is too small to be the focal point. But I do like it in the shot to give some perspective to the size of the mountain. The color and exposure are beautiful.
I like the other image as well. I would clone out the Target logo to make the truck more generic. The textures of the rock walls is wonderful!

Oh my goodness!!! I love this shot. Looking at it enlarged, the horse mane looks great! I love the sky color also. Not typical. I definitely think it is contest worthy. It is so iconic looking!! Awesome! |

haha Thank you Mike! Yes, I was going for the focal point. I've been looking at it trying to figure out what was wrong with it. I think you are correct. It needs the bottom of the plant. I'll look this weekend and see if I have a wider shot. I can't remember if I cropped this that close or not. I'll post it if I have a different shot. Thanks so much for your keen eye!!
